SCHOOL CONCERT 2012

Here are some pictures from the kids school concert this year.  Ruby's class sang 2 songs and Chelsea and Morris's class did a play/song.   Chelsea was a Tasi Devil and Morris is wearing a tutu, if you are wondering why its because the play was about a Christmas mix up and how all the family received the wrong presents - he was uncle warren,  I think the 5 years of attending Chelsea's ballet concerts helped prepare him for his big moment!  Morris also won an award for his year group so we were all very proud of him.

 

 

 

TAMMIN CHRISTMAS TREE

We had the Tammin Community Christmas Tree this weekend, the town contributes money and every child registered gets a present from Santa!  The kids LOVE it and it is just a great night out for our little town!  Its been a horrible year for farming - so getting out to the Christmas tree and having some drinks and a catchup with friends was just what the Dr ordered.  Seeing the smiles on the kids faces when Santa turns up on the fire truck makes everything seem not so bad!!

You will notice the photo of myself and the kids, I have been taking a photo on the day of the Tammin Christmas Tree, in the same spot every year since Chelsea was born.  One day I will do a post with them all in a row!  Scary, I am sure I have aged quite dramatically since that first photo 9 years ago!!  I wonder if the kids in the photos have anything to do with that!!???

 

I seem to be getting "the look", photo time is over!

IT'S BEGINNING TO FEEL ALOT LIKE CHRISTMAS

Ho Ho Ho!  I realised last year that we were so busy that December just slipped by us all, this year I refuse to let that happen and while my kids are still little and the magic of Christmas still exists I am going to soak it all up!  We have put up the tree and the kids are already so excited!  Ask them about Santa and they have many theory's about it all, just so cute. 

I thought I would make some Christmas cards with the kids on them, crikey getting a picture of them all together was a nightmare, add one Christmas hat to the photos and they go bonkers!  Morris was particularly impressed by the whole idea of photos as you can imagine!
